Steps to Set Up Your ExpiWell Mobile Account 

To get started, create an ExpiWell account on our mobile app which you can download for free on Google Play or App Store. There are two ways you can set up your account:
  1. Create an ExpiWell Mobile Account on the app
  2. Sign in with an existing Google account on the app

Note: Our ExpiWell web app account is separate from our mobile app account. If you're a researcher wanting to view the project on the mobile app, you will need to set up a new account on the mobile app. If you're a participant, simply set up an account on our mobile app to join the projects.

Create an ExpiWell Mobile Account

1. Click 'Sign Up' at the bottom of the screen (indicated by the red box).

2. Enter your email address and your password. Also, read and check "I agree to the ExpiWell Terms & Privacy Policy," and click "Sign Up."

In ExpiWell, participants are allowed to view their passwords. This is very helpful for people with visual challenges, as they will be able to see their passwords reducing the chance of mistyped. Also, this will allow them to correct their mistakes before submitting, preventing them to start all over again.

           3. For security purposes, you will be required to enter the One-Time Password(OTP) that was sent to your email.

4. Check your email inbox for the OTP.

Please also check your SPAM folder if you can't see the OTP in your inbox.

5. Enter the One-Time Password on your ExpiWell mobile app.

6. After entering the correct OTP, you will be welcomed with a short introduction.

7. Once you have created your account, you will be able to add an access code and participate in survey projects.

8. Your dashboard will display scheduled, available, and completed experiences.

Sign In with Existing Google Account

You can create a mobile account with ExpiWell automatically when you sign in with your existing Google account.
1. Simply click on the 'Google' icon (indicated by the red box).

2. You will be prompted to continue with the sign in using a Google account and you can proceed by clicking 'Continue' to fill up your Google account details.

No OTP or verification code will be required if you sign in using an existing Google account.

3. You will be able to see the mobile dashboard after you have logged in using your Google account, and you can add an access code to participate in survey projects.

4. You will also receive an email in your Google account to confirm the creation of your ExpiWell mobile account.
